For mare then 15 years, we have been be able harvest and provide a good quality of fish and shrimp for our customers. In July 2005, located in Jakarta fishing port, we aporated a new integrated seafood processing plant on 1. 85 Ha areas with more than 10, 000 m2 of processing area. Building structure and the processing flow desigened in accordance with HACCP and with international standard seafood industry machine. One of our leading product are Surimi, Surimi is a fish minced meat that has been leached by washing with water then mixed sugar and sodium tripolyphosphate and then block frozen. it's widely used in Japan and south east Asia for the manufacturer of fish Jelly products such as Kamaboko, Chikuwa and other product.
