Pacific Coast Feather Company (PCFC), located in Seattle, the USA, has been dedicated to creating premium bedding for more than 100 years. As a family owned business with European heritage dating back to 1884, we follow the same traditions of quality and craftsmanship established by our founders. Today, we continue these traditions by using only the finest materials in our bedding. Twenty-five percent of the 8 million hotel beds in North America feature PCFC products. PCFC bedding products are prominently feature in 12 of the 14 hotel brands recognized as "above average" by a JD Power & Associates Guest Satisfaction Survey (July, 2006). Due to a rapid growth in the hotel industry and an increase in demand for a higher quality of life in the Asia Pacific Region, Pacific Coast Feather Company, Asia (PCFC Asia), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Coast Feather Company (PCFC), the USA, established the Asia Pacific headquarters in Shanghai in April 2007. With a direct link to the USA headquarters, PCFC USA is able to leverage the local expertise to effectively introduce advanced bedding concepts and implement a new business model into the Asia Pacific Region. Our experience and partnerships with international hotels over the years have led to tremendous improvement of their bedding standards. These standards ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, and in turn, enhance the hotels' brand image and increase guest's loyalty.
