Peruvian Global Trade wants to offer our gourmet padded chocolate that is completely handmade. It is not a mechanized production in series, but personalized. The Chocotejas Muxsaki come in a box of 6 pieces, each of them weighing at 36 gr. , making approximately a total net weight of 216 grams per box. Our product has three parts: fine bitter chocolate with 70 per cent cocoa, Caramel Milk Spread, and pecans. For the coating, we use a Bitter Chocolate with 70 per cent of cocoa from productive diverse zones of Peru. Therefore, the Chocolate has a distinctive flavor, bitter with personality and sweet in a perfect balance. This is due to a careful selection of ingredients and to a specific process of the production. The final results are good aroma, body, taste, and a delicate sweetness. The filling contains an old Peruvian dessert named Manjarblanco (Caramel Milk Spread) . It contains fresh cow milk and other traditional ingredients, and a fresh toasted pecan, that we can also offer organic pecan. All the ingredients have been manufactured within the international standards of hygiene. Furthermore, they have certifications as ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCAP, and Sanitary Registries of the Peruvian Republic.
