PetroMaterials (Cangzhou) Co., Ltd., a manufacturer wholly owned by PMC(Japan PetroMaterials Corporation), is located in Qing County, Cangzhou, Hebei, China, 120 miles from the southeast of Beijing.Our production bases are composed of Drill Pipe Plant, Drill Collar Plant, Tubing & Casing Plant, Tool Joint Plant, and Metallurgical Laboratory.Drill Pipe Plant is equipped with two production lines, one with the product range of 2-3/8"~4-1/8", and the other with the product range of 4-1/2"~6-5/8". The total annual production capacity for both production lines is 20,000MT.Drill Collar Plant can perform complete processing activities, such as heating treatment, trepanning, turning, and threading, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 pieces.Tubing & Casing Plant is equipped with two production lines, one with the product range of 2-3/8"~2-3/7", and the other with the product range of 7"~20". With the total annual production capacity for both production lines of 100,000MT, our plant is able to produce 500,000 pieces of couplings annually.Tool Joint Plant performs complete processing activities like turning, threading on bland tool joints, and heating treatment. Our plant can fully meet the strict demands of finished tool joints for PetroMaterials (Cangzhou) Co., Ltd.Metallurgical Laboratory is equipped with sophisticated testing and inspection equipment. Since the establishment, our laboratory can perform all the testing and inspection for PetroMaterials (Cangzhou) Co., Ltd., and will offer such services to other companies as soon as we attain relevant certificates and licenses.
