Our factory in Qingdao, China, employs over 11,000 skilled workers and has an embroidery factory with 200 sets of the latest 20 head TAJIMA and BARUDAN embroidery machines. Our embroidery factory operates 3X8 hours X shifts/day, making possible a capacity of 700,000 dozen caps per month. We also set up a printing department that can produce screen-printing products of 9 colors. In addition we have our own hardware and patch and label producers that can supply various accessories to enhance the cap styles. In order to secure consistent quality materials for our products, we construct mills of yarn spinning, fabric weaving and dyeing, and we can be able to produce 2 million motor quality fabrics each month. We use all the fabrics for making caps and hats. This will further improve our product quality standard and consistency, enable us to weave special fabrics, and give us the ability to send you lab-dip color samples or yardage samples within 3 days.
