Our company has more than 490 employees, including over 30 engineers and technicians. We occupy 40000SQM land area with over 26000SQM building area. We are equipped with 4 sets of induction furnaces with over 5000 tons of annual output. We are equipped with 8 sets of forging equipment with over 3000 tons annual output capability. Our manufacturing techniques cover the casting process of water glass, ductile iron, grey iron, precision forging and the precision processing of machinery as well as hot dip galvanizing, and we are able to provide a whole set of services from the product design, mould manufacturing, casting, heat treatment, surface galvanizing, and machining to assembling and dispatching. With advanced testing equipments, such as High Precision Spectrophotometers, High Speed C&S Analyses Instruments, Magnetic Particle Detectors, Ultrasonic inspection instruments, Tension Testers, and impact test machine, and a team of professional testing personnel, all products will pass strict inspection, which guarantees qualified products to be dispatched from our company. Now our products include: Insulator fittings, Automobile parts, engineering machine pipeline parts, various valves & hydraulic pars, and mine machinery parts.
