We have a Induction Melting Furnace, with One ton pouring capacity and can Cast any component as per your Drawings, Patterns and Technical Specifications. Our moulding process employs any of the following systems. ( 1) Oil Sand( 2) Green Sand( 3) Co2 Process( 4) No bake( 5) Shell Sand. Moulding is usually done on Pneumatic Moulding Machine, or by Hand Moulding using any one of the above process. For cleaning and fetling of components we get it done on ShotBlasting Machine and Pneumatic Grinding. For production of castings we adhere to stringent quality process and practice, we produce castings with weights ranging from 500 grams to 1200 kgs in single piece.
