Established in 1995, Prosin Molds is a privately held company that services injection molding clients in the packaging, medical and electrical markets. We offer complete "art to part" services that includes plastic product design and development, prototype and production molds. Our specialty is highly complex, multi cavity production molds that require fully interchangeable components. Prosin is conveniently located right beside the international airport in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Today, Prosin Molds enjoys an expanding client base that includes not only molders, but other injection mold manufacturers.
The management team (3) has almost 80 years of combined experience in the injection molding industry. Our entrepreneurial approach to business allows us to embrace the changes required to meet the challenges in today's plastics industry. This ensures not only our success, but that of our cliental.
Prosin Molds provides high production injection molds at prices that ensures low part costs. The size of our molds range from single cavity prototype molds to 96 cavity production molds, fitting machines up to 400 tons. We have 3 design engineers working in 3D Pro E and Solid Works. For hot runners, we have the expertise to integrate the client's choice or take full system responsibility. Our molds are delivered, ready to run production in the client's facility. Our mold testing facility is equipped with 80 to 400 ton machines and has the capability to web cast the molding parameters to our international customers as the mold is being tested.
In addition to production tooling, Prosin offers complete plastic product development services that include developing 3D concept, part drawings, SLA models and prototype molds.
