Company profile Qia b. V. Is a fully registered Dutch company of which the shares are all privately held. The company has its roots in L. Wust& Zn a family owned trading company, im- and exporting to and from the Far East since 1920. The company started with trading in Japan and gradually moved over the Far East and the USA. It established major brands in Europe of which Hitachi, and Pioneer are well known examples. Although mentioned brands are in the Consumer and Electronic area a major part of the activities was and is with a variety of other consumer products(personal care, promotion, gadget, domestic) as well. Organizationally the company is currently as much decentralized as possible with a minimum overhead, holding and small privately owned company structure. Qia currently represents with its partners a number of companies in Europe specializing in exclusivity products and partnerships where possible. Distribution activities are predominantly volume-oriented, exploiting long term relationships with major consumer and promotion distribution chains. A separate activity is oriented at Direct Marketing. Current activities are mostly oriented at import and distribution in Europe. The export activities cover a range of domestic and consumer products being sold in Japan and the USA. Future activities will further capitalize on exclusivity and partnership relations in the purchasing and distribution fields. Qia products meet all required standards, are of outstanding technical quality, current design and meet the competitive market conditions.
