Qingdao Nanyang Sancheng Machinery Co., Ltd. (NS) is a Chinese-foreign joint venture enterprise which was founded in March 2005 by Qingdao Sancheng Casting Co., Ltd. and Korea Namyang Tech Co., Ltd. With a total investment of 1.5 million U.S. dollars, our company covers an area of 22,000sq.m. with a building area of 1000sq.m. Our company is the supporting enterprise for Korea Doosan Infracore (former name is Daewoo Heavy Industries) and China's National Heavy Duty Truck Group. NS is a casting & machining enterprise, mainly producing ductile iron castings, and castings of carbon steel, alloy steel and high-grade gray iron. The products of NS are widely used in fields of engineering machinery, vehicle, elevators, and petroleum machinery. More than 80% of our annual output of about 5,000 tons is exported to South Korea, the United States, Spain, Japan and other countries and regions. Our company has 120 workers, including 8 engineers and 12 technologists. The present production process is developed and established commonly by the science workers and technicians of Doosan Infracore (Central Research Institute) and Trust Evaluation Center which is an international certification experimental organization. Our company has two sets of 350kg and 500kg coreless medium-frequency induction furnaces, one set of 75kg experimenting stove, chamber furnaces, gas stoves, moulding machines, shot blast machines and slag-grinding plants . Our company has testing equipment of reading spectrometer, carbon and silicon boiler-front quick analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, spectrophotometer, lacerating machine, metalloscope, hb-billed durometer, hl-hardness tester, laser thermodetector and flaw detector. The said check equipment can offer precise data and study basis for boiler-front feeding and can offer all-inclusive detection to product technical index including metalloscopy, chemical constituents, mechanical properties, hardness and nodularity, so we can provide high quality products. Our company has several sets of processing equipments, such as numerical control lathe, miller, grinder, driller and common lathe to reach the production requirements of customers. Our ductile iron castings and alloy steel castings produced by our company with precision casting technology and the process are of high quality and strict dimensional precision, in which the spheroidization rate of ductile iron castings can reach more than 95% and is appreciated by domestic and foreign customers. The techniques and quality of our ductile iron castings QT900 and QT1200 reach the domestic advanced level. Our company successfully passed ISO9001:2000 quality system authentication in October 2006.
