Qingdao Yongjia Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a factory specialized in producing FIBC (P.P container bags). Our factory is located in Hongshiya, Huangdao District, Qingdao, China, near the high way of Jiaozhou Bay, 10KM away from the Qingdao Port, with very convenient transportation access. Our factory has been engaged in this field for more than 10 years, so we have rich experience. Main equipment: 2 sets of extruders, 13 sets of tubular machines, 6 sets of lifting loop weaving machines, 2 sets of cutting machines, 1 set of automatic lifting loop cutting machine, 1 set of printing machine, 110 sets of sewing machines, and 3 sets of packing machines. Our factory has a clean room specially for producing clean bags. Our production capacity is 150 metric tons per month, about 70,000-80,000pcs bags. Our total output is 1,800 metric tons per year. Our products are mainly exported to Japan, Europe & America, and enjoy high reputation in these areas. We use new PP resin which is imported from Korea, and we control the quality strictly during extruding, weaving, cutting & sewing. We own many skillful sewing workers, who enable us to produce our bags with high quality.
