The most important base is that we have a production and designing team with over 10 years' experience. We have more than 300 workers, and about 10 professional designers in our design team. Every year we spend a lot of money for designing and developing. So we supply many styles of polyfoam ornaments, such as Christmas balls and Easter eggs. You can see pictures both on gift boxes and the balls. They are all printed by our own printing factory. Our printing factory was established earlier than our ornament factory. Our printing factory owns advanced requirement and production lines, so we can control every production process easily. You can see that our ball is composed by 30-40 sheets color printed paper. Our experienced workers make the nice effects of the image on balls. You know, composing the color printed paper is the most difficult working procedure. Let new workers do it will lead to a horrible result. The nice image will become faultage or cover each other and then the image will become incomplete. So more than 65% of our workers who work on this procedure have over 10 years' experience.
