COMPANY PROFILE
In 1956, Mr. Shew San Leong founded the Quon Yick Noodle Co. making fresh noodles in a 750 square foot store In Los Angeles, Ca. In the next few years, he added Egg Noodles, Won Ton Skins, Egg Roll Skins and Fortune Cookies. Six years after the start-up, Quon Yick started making Dry Noodles. After ten years, he built a 2, 100 square foot factory in Chinatown. By this time Quon Yick Noodle Co. had established itself as a maker of quality noodles, skins, and fortune cookies.
Quon Yick Noodle is presently located on Canada. The Quon Yick Noodle Co. products are known for freshness, consistent quality, and always the best taste. Over the years, the product line has expanded according to customer needs. With the core product of various shapes and sizes of Dry Noodles and Fresh Noodles, other products include Won Ton Skins, Dumpling (Gyoza) Skins, Eggroll Skins, Butterfly Skins (used for the "Butterfly Pastry") and our newest products of Rice Noodles (Maifun) , Pancit Bihon and Pad Thai Noodles.
Quon Yick Noodle continues to distinguish itself as a company that puts customer service and quality the benchmark for all its noodle products. Product and quality development are an ongoing practice. Quon Yick is very proud of acquiring the Rabbinical Council of California, Kosher Certification.
Quon Yick Noodle products can be found in most Los Angeles area Asian food markets and Asian restaurant food suppliers or fresh direct from the factory. Our noodle is recognized nationwide and can be found in various places around the U. S., as far East as Washington D. C. and as far North as Alaska!
