R L Enterprise is a private company of Bangladesh. The main business of the company is manufacturing of hand made terracotta clay tiles. Tiles are made of clay (terra cotta) by hands, they are baked in wood ovens, temperature goes from 930 to 1030 C. Ovens are big and circular, diameter of MT 3. 5 and height MT 1. 8. Capacity of oven is from 3000 to 8000 pieces. We have had worked 25 years in the field of raw terracotta floor tiles producing, installation and creating glazed finished product. Bangladesh is very famous for Terracotta, and learning from Masters of Cotta gave us the opportunity to know the depth on this subject. 100% handmade terracotta tiles are produced with our experienced manpowers and cheap natural resources. We are producing a vast number of Terracotta of various measures, selecting and mixing the clays to the right consistency. The clays are extracted and selected from our mines, and mixed carefully to offer you a unique piece in its texture, color and durability.
The roof and floor tiles are manufactured by hand using wooden and metal molds.
In order to preserve and improve our enviroment, we have planted trees to be used as fuel in our firing process.
We carefully pack each and every piece in pallets which are then transported in containers to their final destination.
