We initiated the business in 1975, and started to work as a vendor for other exporters in the region. Within the next few years we took a step forward, and started to suply our products by ourselves in the local market. As our expertise enhanced and our market understanding refined more, we ultimately enterd in the international market almost in 1995 (after a 20 years experiance in manufacturing) with our quality products. AT now we have two production units, and there are almost 35 skilled workers in both the units Through several decades, We have been involved in the manufacturing of top quality scissors (Razor edge hairdressing scissors, Titanium coeated razor edge hairdressing scissors, silk cut H-Dressing scissors, super cut barber scissors. . . . . . Etc) Steel Components: We are currently using AISI 420 type of stainless steel, and according to the items specifications. Rockwell Hardness: We have accurate furnaces to obtain Rockwell hardness at C-52 toC-60 on Scissors. Quality Control Department: In this department we examine each and every product very carefully and then make it ok for our Export Department to proceed further. If there is any defect during inspection we simply reject that product and ship only carefully tested products. New or Modified Products: Being a real manufacturer & exporters, Real Instruments is always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques.
