Founded in Hong Kong in 1996, Rainbow Brothers Holdings Limited was publicly listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2007 with stock code 33.Prior to 2009, the Group was principally engaged in designing, developing, merchandising and providing party and festivity products mainly to dollar store business operators. Since January 2009, the Group has begun to diversify into other businesses, by building on a strong foundation established, namely, financial planning service industry in Hong Kong, investment in property development in the PRC and boutique hotel business in the PRC, etc. We wish to further diversify our Group into a conglomerate consisting of multi-businesses with substantial size. The Group has a total staff of around 1,000, with a total annual revenue of $400 million.Right now, Rainbow Brothers Holdings Limited consists of 4 distinct core businesses exporting of party and festivity products through Rainbow Brothers Limited and Silver Lining Limited, financial planning service through Channel 8 Wealth Management Limited and provision of boutique hotel under the brand Hotel Zzz.Entering the twenty first century, the Group's professional management shifted its development strategy by expanding its business into the PRC. The Group is dedicated to strengthening its Hong Kong and China interest in hope of offering good returns for shareholders and investors.
