In 1974, Richey Electronics Limited (REL) founded in Kohsiung Export Processing Zone, Taiwan with capital of one millionand U. S dollar. It supplies high quality electronic components to Richey directly and through its international trading company. Rel owns and operates a 72000 square feet building with 200 employees. The entire Richey factory is devoted especially to the production of electrolytic capacitors. This includes a tool room and maintenance shop, engineering lab, purchasing and material storage, shipping and receiving departments and it owns the power of automatic production.
