Because our primary sources are small to medium yards, in high-risk trade areas, we have put the following system in place. a) Purchase will be made at Port of Discharge. b) Payment will be at 12 month contract price, by Irrevocable LC only. c) Payment will be due at puchase, with quality / quantity inspection. d) ISRI codes apply. e) No Prepayment required. f) Buyers and Agents MUST be pre-registered with our registration service.
