Serton Enginy is involved in two parallel areas: engineering of production lines for food and chemical industries; and the production of a wide range of exclusive and innovative designed machines.
One particular solution is attracting particular interest: complete integrated breadcrumb production lines, an innovative solution to turn waste material into high value products and therefore generate profits. These are dedicated crumbing systems which offer a seamless solution for the treatment of surplus bread, return bread or crusts from the manufacturing process.
More than 30 companies have chosen Serton Enginy solutions, including some of the largest plant bakers in Spain: Bimbo (Sara Lee) , Fripan and Panrico. 80% of the installed breadcrumb production in Spain is designed, engineered and installed by Serton Enginy. In addition, we have had particular success with the new trend of crustless bread in Spain, United States and United Kingdom, amongst others.
