Our company is equipped with numerically controlled multi-function drilling centers made in HOMAG of northwest region and CNN numerically controlled centers with processing error less than or equal to 0.1 mm, two full-set wooden pre-phase processing production lines, leather cutting machines, leather sewing machines, glue coating machines, thermal pressing machines and plate polishing systems. We have introduced German electronic cutting and guide rail type plate cutting system as well as numerically controlled plate cutting system to ensure the accurate size of our products. Our automatic edge bonding system imported from HOMAG and semi-automatic edge bonding system imported from Japan can realize the smooth edge and beautiful appearance, and increase the third dimension of our products. Our fully automatic six-row drilling machines and four-row drilling and single-row drilling machines made in Italy assure the accurate row hole. We also boast large-size steel production lines, 20 sets of carbon dioxide protective welding equipment, 8 sets of argon arc welding machines, 4 sets of large-size punching machines, auxiliary lathes, bending machines and plate shearing machines. Our large-size closed, constant temperature and dust-proof paint-praying workshop covers an area of 500sqm with water curtain paint-spraying system and 12 kinds of painting techniques. As the member of China Furniture Association and a directing unit of Shaanxi Furniture Association respectively, we are the largest and most specialized manufacturer in hotel, office and teaching furniture fields of Shaanxi Province, and the only enterprise that has furniture export right.
