Shaga turnip juice is a popular beverage of southern Turkey. It is, the juice of black carrot pickles, salted, spiced and flavoured with aromatic turnip fermented in barrels. It is traditionally served cold in large glasses with long slices of pickled carrots. Hot paprika relish is added just before drinking. Hot or regular, it is a popular drink with Kebab. We present the same quality for all 12 months. Our products are sold by bottles of 250 cc, 500 cc, 1 Lt. and 2 Lt. Please drink cold.
