Founded in Oct., 2002, put into production in Oct., 2003, Shandong Shouguang Juneng Special Steel Co., Ltd. was invested in by Shandong Shouguang Juneng Holding Group. Our main construction projects are Iron Making Plant, Steel Making Plant, Steel Rolling Plant, Motive Power Plant, Freighting Railway and Public & Auxiliary Facilities. With coverage of 690,000sqm, more than 3,000 staff members, including 580 professional technicians and total assets of 3 billion RMB, our company has five manufacturing plants, 15 departments and annual special steel capacity of 1,500,000 tons. Our main products are High Quality Carbon Structure Steel, Alloy Structure Steel, Spring Steel, Steel Used for Tube Blanks, Gear Steel, Bearing Steel, Marine Steel for Ship Anchor Chain, Steel Used for Oil Pumping Bars, and Hot Rolling Reinforced Bars with Ribs, which are used for many industries, such as agricultural machinery, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, railway, mine machinery, automobile and ship making. Our leading products include CrMo series Alloy Structure Steel, Bearing Steel, Marine Steel for Ship Anchor Chain, Oil-well Tube Blank Steel, Tube Blanks for Middle and High Pressure Furnace, with dimensions of 16mm-350mm. Bearing Steel, Tube Blanks for High Pressure Furnace and Hot Rolling Reinforced Bars with Ribs have obtained production license certificates issued by National Quality Supervision and Inspection General Administration. And Marine Steel for Ship Anchor Chain has obtained 5 countries' certificates, including LR of Britain, NK of Japan, ABS of America, DNV of Norway and CCS of China. In order to enhance the competition and elongate industrial chain, our enterprise has invested 3 billion RMB in a seamless steel tube project with an annual capacity of 1 million tons, which started to be built in Oct, 2007. The project is divided in two stages: the first stage will put into production at the end of 2008 with the capacity of 250,000 tons; the second stage will start to be built in March, 2009 and put into production at the end of 2010. At that time, our annual capacity of special steel bars will achieve 2 million tons and seamless steel tubes will achieve 1 million tons. Our products oil casing pipes and line pipes have passed the certificate of API and granted the right to use the Official API Monogram. The certificate number are 5CT-1051 and 5L-0751. After rapid development of recent years, our company has been an important domestic special steel enterprise and our products are listed in "11th Five-Year Plan" of Shandong Province.
