Founded in 1948, Shandong Yidu Valve Co., Ltd. is one of the key enterprises approved by the Ministry of Machine Building Industry. We have direct import and export license approved by the State. Our company covers an area of 160,000 square meters. We employ 800 staff members and workers, including 130 technicians. Our fixed asset exceed USD12 million. We can manufacture 4000 tons of cast steel valves per year and 10000 tons of cast iron valves per year. We were granted ISO9001 certificate in 1997 and CE certificate in 2002 both by DNV. We also got API certificate in 2008. We have five foundries, such as cast steel foundry, cast iron foundry, investment foundry, non-ferrous metal foundry and forge foundry, as well as 5 machining workshops. There are two mold-making lines in iron foundry. The machining workshops adopt combined lathes and NC lathes. Our products can be extensively used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electricity, power, textile, brewery, architectural installation and other industries. We produce high, medium & low-pressure valves, such as iron gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves and Y-type strainers as per MSS-SP, DIN, BS, AWWA and JIS standards; steel gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, check valves and strainers as per API600, ANSI B16.34 and BS standards; iron Y-type strainers as per ANSI & BS standards; forged steel ball valves as per API standards; stainless steel knife gate valves as per ANSI, MSS-SP & BS standards. The diameters are from 1/2"-56". The pressure is from 125lbs to 2500lbs, pn6 to pn300. Foreign standard valves sell well in 38 countries and regions, such as North America, South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
