We've two series of products for exporting today, they're: 1, Carton Erecting Machine, to produce trays, hamburger clamshell box, pizza box, lunch box, food pail, French fry box and so on packages made by cardboard paper and corrugated paper: L800, single / one lane, speed reaches 180 trays (4 corner, without lid) per minute or 120 pieces hamburger boxes (8 pasting) per minute; L1000, double / two lanes, speed reaches 360 trays per minute or 240 pieces hamburger clamshell boxes per minute. 2, Sleeve Machine, to produce sleeves for ice cream cone packing, materials include common kraft paper, aluminium foiled paper and coated paper: DYK5-E, standard model, with Nordson / Robatech hot melt unit, production speed reaches 220 sleeves per minute; DYK5-H, CNC model, with computer numerical controy system, touchscreen control panel, safety shield and Nordson / Robatech hot melt system, production speed upto 250 sleeves per minute. Automatic checking and self-diagnose. Easy operation and maintenance. All machine products are CE certified. In the 2nd half of 2008, we've another new product, cone paper cup, started marketing worldwide. Our target is to become one of the biggest manufacturer for cone paper cup in the world. We've full confidence because of we design and produce cone paper cup machines by ourselves.
