Shanghai Jiali Punching Factory (hereafter named as "SJP") is a professional manufacture in stamping parts, precision casting, turning parts(machining) field, with over 10 years' experience. Located in Shanghai, China, SJP covers an area of 5,000 square meters with the factory building area of 3,250 square meters. SJP is focusing on market-targeted principles, standardization and modernization, with an annual turnover of more than 10.5 million RMB. Our products are mainly used in automobile, medical, hardware, sports(baseball) and some other fields. SJP is specialized in pressing and processing mechanical components, designing and manufacturing tools and dies and processing different kinds of special tools and automobile spare parts. SJP boasts complete sets of producing facilities like mechanical press, hydraulic pres, various Lathes, millings machine, plate shearing machine, high frequency spot, argon arc welding machine, gas shielded welding machine, sandblasting machines, vibration grinding machine, wire cutting machine and EDM. Besides these processing machines, we owes some precision detection equipments to guarantee quality: high-precision universal tool microscope, burawoy-type hardness tester, projector, magnetoresistivity thickness meter and common measuring tools. At present, we are the designated processing unit of Shanghai Hitachi Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. In addition, we have also cooperated with JOST (Shanghai) Auto Component Co., Ltd. (Germany), Ti Automotive Fluid (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Britain), Shanghai Aigong Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. (Japan), and Michelin Reverberatory Force Tyre (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (France). We also have already established business relationships with GR Mechanical Spring Wares and Pressing Industry Co., Ltd. (the USA). We have also cooperated with Shanghai Zhixing Industry Co., Ltd. in producing German industry sewing machine parts.
