Shanghai Jiayi Cold-Formed Section Steel Factory and Shanghai Jialeng Section Steel Co., Ltd. are two of the earliest and the most professional welded tube, channel steel, guardrail and stainless section steel manufacturers in China. We have had 12 production lines for cold-formed section steel such as 1200, 750, 680, 600, 500, 360, 320, and 180 production lines and 7 correlative machines such as slitting machines, drawing machines and direct reading spectrum instruments.We have advanced spectrum analysis instruments to test chemical property, excellent machines to test mechanical property in domestic and international advanced level and eddy current testing on and off the production line. We have the production capacity of 150,000 tons of products per year. We have a strong technical team and ability to develop new products continuously with more than 50 technicians and domestic and international advanced techniques. Our highway two beam guardrails (W-profiles) have been widely used in more than 150 projects since the first piece of guardrail was made in our mill in 1988 for the first China highway, and have been exported to Europe, Asia and the USA since 2004. We developed three beam guardrails successfully cooperating with the Traffic Ministry in 2001. We have developed thousands of kinds of closed and open profile cold-formed section steel used in machinery, road and construction fields since we developed big size and thicker square and rectangular tube used in the important project of "The Oriental Pearl Tower" in 1990's. Especially we used the thicker tube instead of the refining import cold-formed section steel. This means that we have set up a new milestone in our development projects.We have introduced a high precision stainless steel production line and we set up a new company - Shanghai Haoshi Mai Metal Structure Co., Ltd. to produce stainless steel tube in 2002. Our stainless steel products are widely used in the fields such as food machinery, medical machinery, cooling equipment, canned equipment, chemical machinery, instrument meter and nuclear power station. We began to set up the Shanghai Haoyi Lai Cold-formed Section Steel Factory in 2006 to produce small size and thicker high precision closed and open profile cold-formed section steel.We have sold our products with the stable and reliable quality to the USA, Canada, France, Germany, the UK, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Korea, Kuwait, the UAE, Bangladesh, Estonia, Puerto Rico, Panama, Peru, Hong Kong and Taiwan area since we exported our products by ourselves in 2004.
