Our office is in Shanghai and factory is in Zhangjiagang city which is only 90 kilometers away from Shanghai. We are specialized in headgear, scarves and gloves which are mainly exported to Japan, Europe and America. Our main products include woven caps (sport caps, bucket hats), knitted hats, fixed-shape (thermo-setting) hats, handmade hats, straw hats, felt hats and berets, knitted scarves and shawls, handmade scarves and shawls, knitted and sewing gloves (mittens), and straw or fur bags, hats and fashion accessories. Our factory in Zhangjiagang city occupies an area of 4,000square meters and employs around 110 employees. In this factory, we have a monthly output of 72,000 pieces of ball caps, 150,000 pieces of knitted hats and 30,000 pieces of scarves. In addition, we have another factory in Rudong which specializes in handmade products, especially jacquard and printed products. We not only have own factory, but also have fixed relationships with other 50 factories. We can choose the suitable factory for your products according to their technical demands such as washing, embroidering and style. After choosing a factory, our merchandizing department will trace the order and check products' quality. There is a common understanding and standard process to have the products finished. Production instruction can't come in effect until the factory receives our confirmation. Cutting, sewing, washing, embroidering have to be done after receiving our test report. Products can't be delivered without our final agreement or testing report. We have rich manufacturing knowledge of all kinds of caps, gloves and scarves.
