Shanghai Tianyang Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise for tube making, and is specialized in making seamless steel tubes of DIN/EN series, featured with high accuracy and brightness. Our company has the official honor of "AAA Abiding-Contract and Recognition Credit Company" in Shanghai, China. Our company has an area of 17,000sqm, in which 8000sqm are occupied by buildings, 4000sqm are covered with trees and flowers, 3000sqm are laid as path and 2000sqm are dug as pond. The plant buildings are standing highly and straightly, path is neat and clean, and the environment protections are highlighting of our company. The wealth of our company is the staff of highly educated and richly experienced people and the employees of spirited, career loving and united persons. To pay respect to the intellectuals and being eager for the talents, our company has recruited, trained and introduced the different talents to the relevant working positions during the past few years. The total number of employees is up to 126, including 21 management personnel and 105 works. One chief engineer (with the glorious title of Laboring Model of Shanghai), one economist and seven persons with the senior, intermediate and/or junior professional titles, are in our company's management body. Twelve persons are professional inspectors in quality. The seamless steel tubes made by our company are based on the DIN EN (DIN2391/EN10305) Standard. The hot rolled seamless tubes produced by Shanghai Baosteel Company are used as the transfer bars of our company. The finished products are made with the exclusive process of cold drawing and/or cold rolling of our company. The steel tube is featured with high precision and high brightness. Because of using the exclusively non-oxidization process of bright heat treatment, the inner and outer walls have high cleanness without oxidized surface. The tube has the excellent mechanical properties, resulting in no leakage under the high pressure, no deformation after cooling bent and no seam after flaring and pressing in different applications. Our company stands for producing high quality steel tubes. Currently, our company owns four modern production lines configured with combined equipments from China and abroad, and has the complete set of inspection and testing equipments. The annual capacity is up to 15000 tons. Now, we have three series of EN/DIN high precision and high brightness seamless steel tubes, stainless steel tubes and bundy tubes. The products of our company have been extensively used as the substitutes of the imported steel tubes with the same standard for application in varieties of industries, such as hydraulic system, automobile fabrication, military industry, engineering, locomotive, aircraft, shipbuilding, plastic injection molding, pressure mold, machine tool, diesel, petrochemical industry, power station, and boiler. The good comments have been obtained from the customers. At the same time when the achievement is obtained, our company has continued to improve the management in quality, and carried out in depth the quality management system of ISO9001 inside the enterprise.
