Offline Programming Robot Cutting and Lineation System

1). Profiled steels are not clipped but placed freely; the robot move in full range to have lineation, cutting and processing.
2). 3-D inspection on the shape, position and size of the profiled steel via laser displacement sensor can be conducted; and the coordinate data of the processing drawing can be obtained via offset calculation.
3). Profiled steel processing drawings can be offline programmed. Drawing data input modes include: keyboard, floppy disk and network.
4). The proceeding figure position deviation of the deformed profile steel can be informed and on-line offset immediately via computer and robot controller.
5). The profiled steels include angle steel, flat-bulb steel and trough steel; and end, bevel, cut angle, drain hole opening and installation hole can be processed.
