Founded in 2008, our enterprise specializes in the design and manufacture of swing-top caps. We have applied two national patents of technology, and has obtained authorization from national patent bureau, patent number is 200820201456.4, 200820050994.8. We developed from Shantou Xiongxing Machinery Plant which specializes in the manufacture of nonstandard and special machines. Since 1976, with more than 30 years of production history, we have gathered a wealth of experience in the design and manufacture of special machines. In 2006, Xiongxing Machinery Plant transferred to the research and development of the swing-top caps, aiming to make convenient, recycled and environment-friendly caps. Now, this kind of cap has been developed and has been manufactured successfully, and this technology has been applied for two national patents. We hold the technology of the design and manufacture of special cap making machines, and our production line is supermatic and applicable for mass production. All our products meet German cap standards. The production capacity is 2,000,000 sets per month. According to clients' demand, the production capacity could double after 4 months.
