Shanxi Aoyuan Forging Co., Ltd. (the former name is Dingxiang Forging Factory), is one of the largest enterprises specializing in manufacturing and exporting forged steel flanges in China, and the export oriented enterprise nominated by Ministry of Commerce. There are 520 staff members in our company, including a board chairman & a general manager, a vice-general manager, 35 middle management personnel, 40 engineering technicians, and 15 special quality testers. Our company sets up 1 department (manufacturing dept.), 7 sections (technical section, planning section, supply section, financial section, statistic section, equipment section, and quality inspection section), 2 offices (general manager office and quality management office) and 11 workshops (blanking workshop, forging workshop, ring rolling workshop, machining workshop 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, drilling workshop, packing workshop, and repair workshop). Our company covers an area of 51,000 sq.m, with a building area of 24,500 sq.m. Our company owns a total capital of RMB 131 million. The 70-120 round steel, 90*90(mm), 350*350(mm), and 390*650(mm) square strip plates, 800*900(mm) ten tons of steel ingots and 1800*8000*250 slab are manufactured by Baotou Steel, Taiyuan Steel and Wuyang Steel Factories. Our company adopts domestic advanced forging technique of cold cutting, blanking, and ring opening by forging, pressing, and ring rolling and molding. The quality of our products is stable and efficient. Our main manufacturing equipment and testing apparatus are four 500t-1000t rod shears, 20 band sawing machines, one 4000t oil hydraulic presses, and eight clip bar hammers; two 2t pneumatic hammers plates and twelve 250kg-1000kg pneumatic hammers; one D53-5000 rolling machine, one D52-1250 horizontal rolling machine, six D52-250 to D52-800 vertical rolling machines, three 3000-5000 heat treatment electric furnaces, 145 common lathes, 4 numerical-control lathes, two CX6020-C standing lathes, and nineteen C516A vertical lathes: three 1250, two 1600, one 2500, one 3500, and ten 4000 numerical-control lathes, and two 5000 numerical-control lathes; five DVP500*25/32 lathes, and thirty-one common drilling machines; seven radial drilling machines and twenty-four vertical drilling machines; two packing production lines; imported spectrum testing apparatus, physical and chemical testing and nondestructive evaluation testing apparatus. Our company has an annual capacity of 30000 tons. Our wind power tower shelf flanges carry out standard of Q/140921AYDZ001-2007 with the specification of 2200mm-5000mm. We can process all kinds of large rings and fittings according to clients' demands. Our forged steel flanges comply with ANSI B16.5, DIN, JIS B 2220, B2210, BS4504, and GB standards. As to non-standard products, we hope clients can provide us with technical data. Our leading products include 7 categories, such as welding neck, lap joint, socket welding, slip-on, threaded, blind, and flat, and the specification is from 1/2'' to 80''. Our products are mainly exported to Japan, Korea, and other countries in Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. The quality of our products is high. We keep promise and honor the contract.
