Shaanxi Hongli Steel Tube Share Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer producing cold-drawn seamless steel pipes in the northwest of China.
Our products include: alloy structure seamless steel tubes, high-pressure oil tubes, low, middle and high pressure boiler tubes, seamless steel tubes for oil cracking, high-pressure steel tubes for fertilizer equipment and seamless steel tubes for ship building. Our seamless steel pipe production lines are in a range of 16 ~ 168mm x 1.5 ~ 30mm (O.D. x W.T.). And annual capability is one hundred fifty thousand tons .
Now our company owns three hot rolling piercing machine sets, ramp-bottom heating furnaces, 30~120t chain cold-draw machines, high-precision hydraulic machines of GLB2000KN and GLB3000KN, rolled-type continuous annealing furnaces of 35000mm x 1508mm, three straightening machines, several end-treatment machines, cutting machines and other equipments. The manufacturing of these products can be organized in accordance with the national standards (GB) or with the foreign advanced standards of ISO, DIN, ASTM, and JIS.
Our company also has a complete set of inspection instruments. We use ultrasonic and eddy current testing equipment and hydraulic testing equipment to conduct ex-factory inspection, providing the mechanical properties, chemical composition, and technology performance. We strictly carry out inspection procedures and inner control standards in the production process. With combined follow-up service and consulting service, we have won high praise by the clients.
Our company covers an area of one hundred thousand square meters and has about four hundred members including excellent technical and managerial staff members.
