Shanxi Zhongli Flange Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise specialized in producing forged steel flanges and forging parts. After many years of development and technical renovation and innovation, we have won a high reputation in the field. Our annual production capacity reaches 10000 tons. Zhongli has the ability to produce flanges of various types and various specifications (DN15-DN2400) of domestic standard and international standards, as well as forging parts of different materials such as INCONEL 825 and 625 and CF62 and 60. These products are of excellent quality and are mainly used in petroleum refining, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electric power, nuclear power plants, pressure containers and steel plants. Our company is situated in Beiguan Industry Zone of Dingxiang County, and is about 100km to the north of Taiyuan City - the capital of Shanxi Province. Dingxiang is famous for forging process and is known as the China's forging town, which has about 700 steel forging factories. Zhongli has heavy cutting, large-size forging, heat treatment, and machining workshops. Our physicochemical center has MA-3460 spectrum analyzers, CTS-23 ultrasonic detectors, WE-600B universal testers and JBD-30D IMPACT testers and has the ability to conduct chemical analysis and mechanical capability detection on raw materials and products. Our company has passed TUV9001:2000 quality system certificate of Germany, China Special Equipment Manufacture Permit, China Petroleum Sales General Company Permission Certificate, China petroleum and Natural Gas Group Company class 1 Network Member Certificate and China Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Group Supply Resources Market Member Certificate. In 2002, our company successfully designed and manufactured anchor flanges for high-pressure pipeline projects for gas transmitting from the west part of China to east part of China. Since 2003, these anchor flanges have been acting well in its service, and obtained two patents - "appearance design" and "practical new type" awarded by China State Intellectual Property Right Bureau. In 2008, with the request of China Petroleum & Chemical Co., Ltd., our company once again made alloy flanges used in portal installation and natural gas purifying system of Puguang Gas Field and supplied the goods in batches. In recent years, all the products of our company have been good in use and received high praise from users. Our company was awarded the title of "a good supplier".
