Shaoxing Huaxia Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture, located in Anchang Town of Shaoxing County, only 2.5km away from Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, and only 20 minutes' drive to Hangzhou International Airport. The transportation is very convenient. Our company is specialized in casting, processing and assembling various stainless pump and valve parts, foodstuff and chemical industry machinery parts, pipeline fittings, textile machinery and sewing machine parts, and other alloy steel precision parts, metals for ship purpose, and top-grade home adornments. In the shell making, we have two lines available; medium-temperature wax full silicasol line, and silicasol plus water glass composite line. For melting, intermediate frequency induction furnaces are used. For the surface finish, acid pickling, shot blasting, sand blasting, manual polishing, electrical polishing and grinding are available. Our products are nice in appearance, and have high dimensional precision. Our current annual production capacity is five hundred tons. Our products are suitable for requirements of multiple processes, such as casting, machining and polishing. We have duplex stainless steel casting parts (such as German Standard 1.4462 parts) and precipitation-hardening stainless steels castings parts (such as 17-4PH parts). Our OBLF spectrometer has nitrogen channel and can test nitrogen directly. Our medium and low alloy steel castings are of high precision and low coarseness. Our foundry is equipped with vacuum or gas protection heat treatment devices. Our company has collected a group of professional talents and skillful workers with many years of practical experience in making stainless steel casting or technical backup force of Tsinghua University.
