We not only manufacture small and medium sized parts but also large parts. One of our greatest achievements has been a 25-ton commercial wind turbine hub, a feat rarely achieved in mainland China. Our production equipment used to produce following large parts:
10-ton medium frequency furnaces;
20/30-ton traveling cranes;
Resin sand regeneration process lines with a working capacity of 10 tons per hour;
Thermal treatment furnace measuring 6,000 x 4,000 x 2,600mm;
A 1,250-ton die casting machine, which is the largest die casting machine in northeast China.
International Standards:
All of our materials meet EN and ASTM standards, and we conduct pressure tests at temperatures ranging from -20C to -40C. We have attained ISO9001:2000 Certification and EN 10204 3.1B Material Certification. Our QC staff uses test equipment from Germany, Japan and the US, and conducts magnetic particle tests and ultrasonic tests to meet BS EN 12680-3-2003 standard.
