Shenyang Northeast Foundry was established in 1984 and expanded into two factories in 2004 & 2006. After the 20 years' development, our company has become a medium-scale foundry specialized in steel, ductile iron and gray iron casting. Our factory covers an area of 60,000m2 with a construction area of 34,000m2. Our annual output is 20,000 tons of steel and ductile iron castings, 40,000 tons of counter weight.Our equipment includes: 5t, 3t, and 1t medium frequency furnaces, iron mould with sand liners, 20m tunnel continuous heat treatment furnaces and direct heat salt bathes, alkalescent phenol-formaldehyde resin molding, and furan resin molding. We supply gray iron of various grades, alloy iron, high intensity, and high elongation ductile iron castings (including ADI products) and steel castings. All of our products are exported to Japan, the US and European countries.Our factory is equipped with advanced high-tech inspection equipment including: GNR F20 optical emission spectrometers introduced from Italy, NSP-550 molten iron goniophotometers introduced from Japan, HX1-4BS carbon sulfur rapid union analysis meters and metallurgical microscopes, WAW3100 series servo hydraulic universal testing machines, hydraulic pressure intensity universal testing machines, JBN-300 impact testing machines, hardness testers, magnetic flaw detectors and ultrasonic flaw detectors. With these equipments, we can provide various meters for casting materials. We have a group of engineers with high technique and experience, advanced technology and equipment and high efficient scientific managing system to ensure the quality of products. Our company has passed the BSI 9001:2000 authentication of England since 2000.
