Since we were established in July 2003, Shenzhen Jialitian Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (JLT) has cooperated with world-known telecommunication companies and chip developers closely. On Sep. 20, 2003, JLT signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Texas Instrument Inc., (TI), a world famous solution supply company which provides original technology of basebands and radio frequency for our company. Thus we have gained comprehensive support from TI on technical schemes of 2nd and 2.5th generations of GSM and GPRS handsets. In May 10, 2004, JLT signed a license agreement with Taiwan MTK (Media Tek), making us the first domestic enterprise which has established strategic cooperative relationship with MTK.
