We are making PCBA for electronic products, such as smoke detector, electronic racing car toy, power supply, dancing machine control board, MP3 player, MP4 player, and Top-box mainboard. 90% of our customers are foreign companies, which are located in Spain, Japan, and the USA. Our USA customers include DuPont and Roxor. Generally speaking, we provide PCBA services in 2 ways. One way is that our customers provide us with materials (such as components and bare PCB), and we just assemble PCBA for them. The other way is that we purchase materials (such as components and bare PCB) for customers, and also assemble final PCBA. Our production capacity: (1) For SMT placement: we can place 2 million SMD components per day. (2) For manual assembly: we have more about 200 operators in 2000 square meters' factory area, and are able to manually assemble 400,000 components per day. (3) Our picked and placed machines for chips (small components) are 6 Samsung CP45 (made in 2009) and 2 SM421(made in 2008), which can place the smallest 0402 SMD components. (4) Our picked and placed machines for IC can place BGA with the smallest pin distance 0.5 mm. (5) We have 4 Sun East Reflow ovens with RoHS compatibility.
