Siam Glass Industry Co.,Ltd. was established on June 30, 1977 with an initial registered of 70 million baht. The company produces and distributes glass bottles without cap such as pharmaceutical, food and beverages (Flint and Amber). Siam Glass Industry Co.,Ltd. operates two manufacturing plants, the original plant in Samutprakarn procince, which commernced operations in 1978 and a new plant in Ayutthaya province, which commernced operations in 2005. The company draws on technical expertise from Nihon Yamamura Glass co.,Ltd. the leading glass manufacturer of Japan. In 2008, the furnaces No.6 will become operational. This furnace will increase production capacity to 80,000 tons per year, ensuring the company will be able to meet the growing demand for its products among the consumers.
