SilkRoad was founded a few years ago by Mr. PNG Subramanian, India's inaugural Consul-General to Shanghai, China 1992-1996. SilkRoad maximises on Mr. PNG Subramanian's global diplomatic experience, especially his knowledge of China & Mandarin for joint ventures, technological co-operation initiatives;& trade on a larger canvas. SilkRoad concentrates on developing trade with the partner nations: China, Ukraine, Russia, India, USA, some nations of Africa, Thailand, Vietnam & Indonesia. SilkRoad is a young company - we are keen on developing ties with companies like yours - with shared values, with similar vision and with a desire(urge) to practice clean business & with the understanding that wealth generation is a good thing but to achieve it, one has to believe in wealth sharing. SilkRoad works on turn-key projects and is hired as a consulting company on annual retainer basis with a per diem consulting fee. Silkroad works on the 'nuts-&-bolts', does research for the projects, enables trade & works on a marketing & sales commission basis. We also provide translation services for English to Mandarin (Chinese) & vice-versa.
