SportUnited golf Co., Ltd. was established in 1997. We are specialized in manufacturing golf products. Our products and service include mould creating, precision casting, processing as well as assembling. We own a batch of professional production technique elite to work well in the quality and work hard continuously. In the past 10years, we have been acting as an OEM supplier for brand name product all around the globe and maintained good reputation in the industry. We have our own mould factory, precision casting factory, processing plants and assembling department. We can handle the order very safely from developing to the product completed. The mould factory has 50 employees in the processing line from developing to tool completed, and we have professional workers to operate. Our precision casting factory has about 120 people taking part in the machine equipment processing line. Our processing plant has more than 300 persons. From casting examining to assembling, we adopt professional producing line, and reserving two NPS lines especially for single brand and big order. As long as customer's each order (one brand) attaining more than 30, 000pcs, we will start the line of NPS. Our process flow for the processing plant is as follows: Master-Tooling-Inspection Mould-Wax Injection-Wax Repairing-Wax Weighting-Wax Tree-Casting-Lost Wax-Casting-Shell Vibrator-Cutting-Sandblast in Cylinder-Sandblast by High Pressure-Heat Treating-Repairing-Welding-Drilling-Adjust Angle-Copper Insert-Milling-Carving Score Line-Polish-Stick Adhesive Tape-Paste Fill-Coating-Paint Fill-Final Checking-Assembling-Packing. We have some precise equipment: insert copper machines, CNC machines, heat treatment machines, thickness measure machines, cannon testing machines, material hardness meter machines, static pressure painting rooms, and NPS profession production lines.
