Sure Suzhou Precision Machinery Factory was founded in October 2000, which has formed the integration of product development and manufacture, based on providing ODM and OEM service for sophisticated mechanical parts. We have cultivated a strong design and manufacture team, which can accomplish development of the full set of products based on mechanics, electronics and procedure. The total area of our factory is about 10000 square meters, and we have 500 well-trained workers to finish all kinds of production task under the vertical integration. And our products involves in electronics, mechanics, medicine, printing, automobile accessories, navigation, aviation and so on. In 2006, our factory had been identified by ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification of BSI Company and CE Certification of EU, and in 2007, it also had been authorized as a Hi-tech Enterprise by Suzhou Science and Technology Bureau. International Invention Patented Product: SURE Sophisticated Vacuum Sucker(used in the occasion that the Fine Mesh Sucker is unfit for working), applies to accurately fixing and positioning the processing parts of the precision Grinding Machine, CNC Machining Center, and precision Patch and Assembly. 2. Automation Equipments: According to the client's requirements, to develop the technics, design and make the proper automation equipments; seek international technology cooperation to invent new products, then promote and sell them in China. 3. The Full Set of Precise Parts: The materials are concerned with stainless steel, nonferrous metals, die steel, tungsten steel (hard alloy), ceramic, quartz, engineering plastics, rubber, etc; Our products are applicable to the precision processing equipments of semiconductor, LCD, SMT, etc , and some transportation tools, such as automobile, small boat, small aircraft and so on. 4. Precise Sheet Metal Stamping Products: accuracy: +/-0.015mm. 5. Precise Plastic Injection Products: accuracy: +/-0.06mm. 6. Engineering Plastics Extrusion Profiles with Sophisticated Section: accuracy: +/-0.03mm. 7. Self-developed Butyl Rubber Antistatic(ESD) Sticky Roller: It applies to cleaning the surface of some objects with high-cleanly surface, such as PCB, LCD, LED, STN, etc; Self-developed Anti-sticky Rubber Roller: It is applicable to rolling-contacting self-sticky object without sticking the roller and the object together, such as adhesive tape, stretch film, waterproof reeling material and so on. 8. Printing Rubber Roller for High-resolution Color Picture: We may adopt the technology of Glass-like Surface of Rubber Roller to produce the products, if the order number is very large.
