Our mold department employs a number of mold design personnel with senior and intermediate professional titles. The design and process of molds use the three-dimensional software, such as Unigraphics, Proewildfire, CAD, and Cimatron, forming an integration of computer aided design and process. We are equipped with over 30 sets of domestic and foreign machines, including imported processing centers and numerical control lathes, to process different parts. Our department specializes in injection blow molding bottles and caps of medicine and cosmetic packages and provides molds for three-station or four-station injection blow machines manufactured by Vanton and Jomar of the USA, Ferromatik Milacron of Italy, Novapax of Germany and some other joint ventures. Our injection molding plastics department has a team of very experienced debugging technicians. They are capable of selecting different advanced injection molding equipment and debugging technology to meet the customers' different requirements. Right now we have over 20 sets of injection molding machines ranging from 50T to 450T. There are 2 dustproof workshops, mainly for processing precision injection molding packaging of cosmetics, appliances, cleaners, and auto parts, molding plastics for matching cell-phones, various precision gears, and electronic products.
