1. Company Brief As a high-tech company held by Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Engineering, System Equipment Co., Ltd. of the 28th Research Institute (Liyang) specializes in developing and selling special vehicles, shelters, and mobile electronic system projects. Main Product Fields 2.1 Mobile Command and Communication Vehicle In order to manage complicated significant emergencies, such as air defense, anti-terrorism and nature disaster, our company has developed several new-style mobile command and communication vehicles. These vehicles, which adopt our patent technique of extendable shelter, have advantages of a nice and martial appearance, wide and comfortable inner space, many communicative ways such as satellite and short wave, as well as powerful video transmission and conference functions. Our vehicles took up command post missions in several significant activities, such as "Beijing China-Africa international forum" in 2006 and "Security defense drilling for 2008 Olympic Games". 2.2 Special Vehicles We're developing in other fields with the core technique of shelters and special vehicles, trying to convert the production technique of shelters into the average and high-level civil markets of mobile emergency communication shelter, mobile inspection system shelter for custom, meter vehicle for oil exploration, BOD base station for GSM and RV. Our 12m inspection system shelter for custom is the largest large-board shelter in China at present, whose excellent production technique is highly praised by customers. 2.3 Special Searching and Rescuing Vehicles for Manned Spacecraft As a cooperative partner of space activities in PRC, we provided tens of advanced shelters and vehicles for satellite launching center and "Shenzhou" manned spacecraft projects, such as vertical datum measurement shelters for launching tower, carrier vehicles for returning capsule, medical care shelters for astronaut, ambulances for astronaut, optical truth recording shelters for the returning phase of the manned spacecraft and the searching and rescuing logistical security vehicles. Mr. Yang Liwei, the first person in China manned spaceflight activities, took a full medical examination in our medical care shelter once he left the returning capsule. 2.4 Shelter As one of the units that establish the national standards for shelters, we have been concentrating on the improvement of Chinese shelter for over 20 years. In recent years, we have used international advanced finite element analysis technique to upgrade the design standard of complex configuration shelters and shelter bodies. By virtue of abundant experience of large system integration, we offer not only shelter bodies with superior performance, but also turnkey complex system integration design and entire installation services to customers. 3.
