If required we can provide test certificates confirming to RoHS , UL and CE specifications for a batch of goods before dispatching from Mumbai. Manufacturing processes We use high technology wave soldering machine to solder SMD components at accurate required temperature. The wave soldering process is monitored by skilled personnel under strict quality control. This ensures required performance and reliably. We use crystal clear coating to make our products dust proof and waterproof (IP68) which allows full light output.Raw material & designWe use LEDs made by globally leading companies LEDs basically have long life about 100000 operating hours if they are kept cool. We at Triumph , take care from the design stage that the LEDs remain at the most favorable temperatures possible. We make detailed calculations for optimum light output. Quality Testing The quality testing is done at the factory. However, the products are also tested for compliance at an independent laboratory, M/s. NCR Engineering Pvt.Ltd. at Mumbai. The test reports of M/s.NCR Engineering are accepted all over the world.BacklightWe make many kinds of LED modules with different light intensities for channel letters and Commercial advertising signs. We make LED light bars and strips. We also make RGB LED modules with controller to produce 16m colors sequentially. All the modules, light bars and strips are made RoHS compliant. IP68 and confirm to UL listing and CE where applicable.LampsWe supply many kinds of LED lamps with different light outputs. All are RoHS compliant and confirm to UL listing and CE where applicable.
