Our founder, Leo Kwan, has been active in the promotion of fine tea since 1997. He has also been a brand creator and consultant to high profile teashops in Hong Kong and Japan. In 2004, when Slow Food held the first Terra Madre in Turin, Leo was the Head of the Delegation of traditional quality oolong makers from China. Knowing tea production and quality in intimate details by working closely with producers in various regions and analysing quality in a systematic approach, Leo continues to promote quality tea through workshops, presentations, and writing in different parts of the world.
