The weights of castings range from several grams to several tons. The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from the customer's drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of detail required. Next, green sand molds are made on a simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger; shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax patterns used in the investment casting. After pouring, all castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines. Finally, we ensure the quality of each product. Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness testers, and tensile strength machines.
