Texhong (China) Investment Co., Ltd. was first established in 1997 by Mr. Hong Tianzhu. As one of the largest suppliers of cotton/spandex fabrics in the world, our company is specialized in the production and trading of highly value-added cotton fashion fabrics and has been included into China Top 10 Enterprises in the cotton textile industry. At the end of 2004, Texhong was successfully listed in Hong Kong Stock Market with our stock number: 2678. Headquartered in Shanghai, Texhong has been expanding our business with the Yangtze Delta Region as the center. Till now, our company has owned twelve production bases located in Xuzhou, Taizhou and Nantong of Jiangsu Province, Pujiang of Zhejiang Province and Dong Nai of Vietnam. Our assets account for RMB 26 billion and the annual sales volume is over RMB 3.2 billion. Covering an overall area of 1,322,000 square meters of which workshops cover 552, 000 square meters, equipped with 600,000 sets of spindles and 1,000 sets of shuttle-less looms, Texhong adopts 60% of productivity in the production of cotton/spandex fabrics by a team of 14,800 staff members.
