By application of them, besides product design, we can perform FEA (static stress analysis) even for complicated structure of bridge girder.To perform evaluation of non-linear stress analysis for complicated structure, we share resources with some domestic universities and design institutes. Take advantage of the global famous analysis application such as ANSYS or ADINA to fulfill the task. Meanwhile we collaborate with them to solve some technical problems, for example, slider plate bonding by heat, non stable quality of metal powder spray welding, CNC program for machining cable expanding saddle.To well direct and guide our business development, we consult national famous bridge construction experts to be as our brainpower.Dedicated production chain and equipments:We establish a special manufacturing base, which currently is the largest scale one in China, to make whole set of steel structural products for suspension bridge. Due to form and employ the dedicated production chain in the base, just in our plant, the whole cycle processing can be done continuously without any clearance. So it is easy for us to fully control and assure the quality of products as well as duration of each processing, Thereof, to supply whole set of steel structural products, both in efficiency and economy, we get much benefit from this configuration of productive specialization. Now we are capable of every year producing weight of 8,000 tons of cable saddle and clamp as well as 20,000 tons of other steel structural products. Technology and Quality Control:For best applying our business and operation to communication and construction industrial, we establish an applicable management and quality control system, which has complete inspection instruments and perfect measures for quality control.On basis of ten years of research and experiences of production for making whole set of cable saddles, clamps, anchorage bars, connectors, steel truss girders, we form a complete set of proven process technologies and procedures for casting, forging, welding, machining, heat treatment and spray coating.
