Tianjin Golden Era Inc was established in 1995, specializing in manufacturing stainless steel flatware and cutlery, forgings, hollow handles and plastic items. After running 8 years, for the reason of owner's health problem, we closed factory and invested our machinery to other 4 factories. From 2003, we have focused our energy on exporting. Our head office is located in Tianjin, in charge of the sales division and the market development. Now Golden Era has four factories. As a factory group, we produce different products at different levels to serve all customers. There are five engineers in head office who give technical support. Almost 2,000 employees are in our factories, 18 quality controllers and 4 quality analyzers who ensure and guarantee fine quality of our products. Surely, our quality control must be higher than other normal trading company, as we make design and drawing by ourselves, help factory to make good quality mould, and our current quality inspector is our previous factory mould maker. It's means our current quality controller is much professional than others. We have special machinery and professional equipment. Through visiting to Europe factories, we have learned know-how of one short time stamping production step. Normal factory produces flatware by 2 steps: 1st step to stamp handle, 2nd step is to stamp the top bowl. But in our factory, we stamp top part together with handle by one step, same as European factory. By this way, we can keep profile and bending of every piece very exactly same. All our raw materials are imported from Japan and Europe. The moulds are designed by electric discharge machines and wire cutting machines. Furthermore, we have created sets of new products every year. Some of them are for our own business used to exclusive sale and others are to serve with all the customers for our open patterns. Therefore, we pay much attention to protect our customers' design because we are not only thinking about our own business but also respecting to the long-term relationship with our customers. Most of our products are exported to the USA and Europe. Golden Era's professional teams will provide the service with all our efforts.
